The mission-driven banking sector comprises over 300 institutions, most of which are small (<$500mm assets) and privately owned with limited access to capital. The Mission Driven Bank Fund will partner with banks using financial instruments, such as equity, debt, lending facilities, deposits, and other customized credit solutions, that span their capital structure based on specific needs.
The Fund plans to align with portfolio companies to help build strong, sustainable banks through size, scale, improved processes, and technology adoption.
The partners will implement a robust and tailored impact management and measurement (IMM) program.
