Devin Olmack
Senior Officer, Strategy, of Calvert Impact
Devin is a Senior Officer on the Strategy team at Calvert Impact. She serves as a Technical Services and Impact Measurement lead for the Mission Driven Bank Fund, supporting the firm’s collaborative efforts to foster a stronger and more inclusive banking system by investing in mission driven banks that provide credit and financial services to lower-wealth communities, rural communities, and communities of color across the United States.
Before joining Calvert Impact, Devin was the Financial Inclusion Team Lead at 60 Decibels, an impact measurement company, and led the Microfinance Index Initiative working with over 100 Financial Service providers globally. Prior to 60 Decibels, she worked on monitoring and evaluation teams at the United States Institute of Peace and at Development Alternatives Incorporated, on Randomized Control Trials in Kenya, and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador. Devin holds a M.S. in Development Economics from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Michigan.
