Krystal Langholz
Director, Strategy, of Calvert Impact
Krystal is a Director of Strategy, supporting new product and program development. She assists the design and launch of new products that are built in response to market gaps. Krystal also oversees the implementation of new programs and ensures that the lessons learned from these programs are disseminated with partners. Lastly, she supports syndicated transactions and provides general thought leadership to inform future strategy. Krystal lives in Fort Collins, Colorado, with her husband, two children, and a golden doodle.
Prior to Calvert Impact, Krystal served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategy and Capitalization of the Oweesta Corporation, a national Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) intermediary. Before her time at Oweesta, Krystal served as the founding Executive Director of Hunkpati Investments, a certified Native CDFI on the Crow Creek Indian Reservation in South Dakota. She holds a MA in cultural anthropology from Colorado State University and BA from Luther College.
