Kim Fraser

Founder and CEO of Bankable FINTECH

Kim Fraser serves as the Founder and CEO of Bankable Fintech, a spin-off of Bankrate, Inc. Bankable Fintech is an enterprise software platform that simplifies how financial institutions find and buy best-fit solutions. Bankable Fintech was founded to tackle a growing issue in the banking sector that disproportionately impacts low-income, rural, and minority communities in the USA. By leveling the playing field among banks and credit unions with smaller assets under management, Bankable Fintech's proprietary knowledge graph and AI increase participating financial institutions’ agility, reduces risk and eliminates selection bias. Bankable Fintech's platform supports a virtuous feedback loop and development cycle among commercial sellers and buyers in a multi-sided marketplace setting. The software platform is designed to facilitate the discovery, procurement, and knowledge sharing of financial products, leading to efficient collaboration, innovation, and compounding growth.

Bankable Fintech currently serves approximately 240 CDFI/MDI banks and CUs, and an additional number of intermediary and/or mission-driven consortiums and CUSOs.

Kim Fraser has held numerous leadership roles in product, operational, strategy, and sales in various technology and financial services companies globally. She also actively advises various technology and financial services companies and has contributed to minority and women's development philanthropy initiatives in the Bay Area, CA, Lane County, OR, and China, among other regions. Fraser graduated from UC Berkeley and the University of Oxford. Her course of study focused on sustainable economic development, single monetary standards, Native American economic development, and the role of technology and "leapfrog effects" in developing economies.

Personally, Fraser is driven by her passion to solve complex problems, encourage thriving communities, and support access to impactful innovation.
